Coaching drawing on our health, wellbeing and engagement expertise includes:

  • Supporting managers at all levels to develop skills to prevent and reduce stress and engender sustainable employee engagement in those they manage (this can include a 360 degree feedback process and specific behavioural development based on our own research)
  • Supporting managers to manage their own stress and health at work issues more effectively
  • Individual stress risk assessment and follow-up coaching for employees who have been off sick (with stress-related or non-stress-related health problems) and need to ensure that stress risks are effectively managed on their return
  • Supporting individuals who have been identified as at risk of work-related stress problems and need to implement ways of reducing the risk and managing stress more effectively
